Comfy Sack Giveaways
We always appreciate the support and enthusiasm from our fans, both current and future owners of Comfy Sacks. Last week we initiated a fun October promotion for our fans on Facebook. We filled a 6-foot Comfy Sack with candy corn and asked everyone to guess the number of pieces. Anyone who came closest to the number would receive a special “Halloween Sweets and Treats” package delivered to his or her door.
The response was overwhelming! Nearly 250 people offered estimates, some even guessing that we had more than 9 million pieces! In reality, it actually took under one million pieces. 883,021 to be exact. Our staff had one heck of a time counting the pieces. Once packed with the candy corn, the sack weighed 3,470 pounds! A lucky lady by the name of Jenilee won with her guess of 838, 452.
This month we are doing something totally off-the-wall. If you head to our Facebook page, you’ll see that there is a competition in the works. We had previously asked our fans, “How can we prove to you that Comfy Sacks are totally indestructible?” From the feedback, we created a poll with several possibilities. Choose between “throw it off a roof, drive over it with a car, run over it with a tank, put it in a preschool classroom for a week, and have it attacked by a sumo wrestler.”
It’s up to our Facebook fans to determine how far we’ll go to prove that a Comfy Sack is the ultimate furniture piece. We never back down from a challenge, so the dare that wins is definitely going to be fulfilled. Here’s the best part: we’re giving away a FREE Comfy Sack to one lucky voter.
